RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Allure Neveah & Co., we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be as transparent as possible. This website is owned and operated by Allure Neveah & Co. LLC.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size/style), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Allure Neveah & Co. LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, AND WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the product.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., used makeup brushes or facial tools) unless they arrive defective.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
