1. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING TRANSIT & HANDLING TIME

We currently ship within the United States only. Please refer to the timeline below:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 10 Business Days

3. SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Allure Neveah & Co. LLC is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing unit or apartment numbers). If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
